朱正路，博士，讲师，男，汉族，福建南平人，1992年11月出生。厦门市高层次留学人才，日本建筑学会会员，buildingSMART Japan会员。日本芝浦工业大学国际建筑技术研究中心客座研究员。

教育与工作经历：

2025年12月--至今，厦门理工学院，讲师。

2021年4月--2025年9月，日本芝浦工业大学地域环境系统专业（建筑生产方向），获博士学位。

2019年10月--2021年3月，Inkx，BIM研发工程师。

2016年9月--2018年9月，日本芝浦工业大学建设工学专业，获硕士学位。

2011年9月--2015年6月，厦门理工学院土木工程专业，获学士学位。

研究方向：建筑信息模型（BIM/IFC）、装配式混凝土建筑与模块化建筑
讲授课程：《土木工程施工》、《建筑工程施工》、《BIM技术与智慧工地》、《土木工程智能运维》
